Shipping policy

At this time, we only ship to destinations in Canada and the US.

For orders anywhere in Canada we offer Canada Post with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping to the United States is processed by Canada Post with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

We also offer UPS Standard shipping in Canada only. UPS shipping prices are calculated based on a packages weight and shipping destination.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number from Canada Post you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. The Old Country Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

Please note that all shipping costs are estimated at the time at the time of checkout and may fluctuate. In the event that the estimated shipping cost is incorrect and the shipping cost is higher than what you paid we may change the shipping method or cancel or alter your order.
