Shipping policy

At this time, we only ship to destinations in Canada. Please be aware shipping to the US is currently unavailable.

For orders anywhere in Canada we offer Canada Post with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. In addition, UPS is available to most locations in Canada. If there is no UPS option shown at checkout your location is not available for UPS delivery.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 4 days after receiving payment. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number from Canada Post or UPS. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. The Old Country Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

Please note that all shipping costs are estimated at the time at the time of checkout and may fluctuate. In the event that the estimated shipping cost is incorrect and the shipping cost is higher than what you paid we may change the shipping method.
